Did you know that you don't have to eat boring boiled chicken and steamed broccoli in order to eat healthier?
I know. It's shocking, isn't it?
When I first started my weight loss journey, I thought plain tilapia and steamed asparagus was the new normal.
But luckily, I learned a lot along the way. Here are some tips on how to make healthy meals actually taste great!
1️⃣ Add seasonings and spices. Experiment with different flavors. I really enjoy McCormick seasonings with my meats, and fresh herbs with salad/veggies.
2️⃣ Use low calorie sauces and seasonings. Soy sauce, sriracha, mustard, and hot sauce are great ways to spice up your meals.
3️⃣ Roast / Bake your veggies. If you are tired of steamed veggies, you can try opting for oven baked veggies instead. That char will help with flavor!
5️⃣ Try using some citrus with your meals. If you are having a meal with fish, squeezing some lemon into it would be great. If you are having Asian food, some orange zest can be great (with some sriracha!)

6️⃣Cook with broth / stock. Cooking with chicken/veggie/beef broth is a great way to add some flavor to your meals. Soups can be very fillings with protein + veggies.
