There are many ways to lose weight.

However, being able to maintain it is the difficult part.


To be successful, be prepared to change your habits. Creating healthy LIFESTYLE habits.

Here are three simple things to FOCUS on when you’re trying to reduce your body fat & also three things to AVOID.


WHAT WORKS ✔️


: 1️⃣ CALORIES ARE KING! Consuming slightly less calories than your body requires results in your stored energy (fat) being used as a source to power the body = losing body fat.


2️⃣ BEING ACTIVE EVERYDAY 💃🏻 is great for your heart, body & mind.

You don’t need to go to the gym. You can do plenty of exercises at home. You can run/walk on the spot, so star jumps, do sit ups/push ups.


Check out this motto: THE MORE YOU MOVE, THE MORE YOU LOSE! Simple, just keep moving.


3️⃣ ENJOY A BALANCED ⚖️ LIFESTYLE. Make it enjoyable.

You can follow the 80/20 or 90/10 rule. 80-90% of the time your food is whole, real foods & unprocessed foods & 10-20% is what You call fun foods. (little - no nutrition).


WHAT DOESN’T WORK ✖️:


1️⃣ UNREALISTIC WORKOUTS.

Spending hours at the gym isn’t going to work longterm. It’s just not sustainable.

Remember: You can’t out train a bad diet.


2️⃣ QUICK FIX DETOX 🤦🏻‍♀️

OMG, Seriously!!! these are still sold everywhere. Detox, juice diets or even just crash food diets. Their scams. Again, it’s a LIFESTYLE. Learn the basics of adopting healthy eating habits.

Unless you are going to juice detox for the rest of your life, then the results will only be temporary & will end up back to square one.


3️⃣ BEING RESTRICTIVE 🥺 WITH YOUR LIFESTYLE because you’re worried its going to ruin your progress is only going to make you miserable. Remember it’s a lifestyle.

Having extra calories one day isn’t going ruin your progress . It’s what you do consistently ✔️ that counts.


Remember: PATIENCE & CONSISTENCY is key to your success.
